When you enter your start and end dates, we search our database to show you others who best match your dates. If we are unable to find a match, you can sign up on the website to receive notification via email when we find someone matching your dates of travel.
Currently only we can add details about your conference to our database. If you'd like to use the website for your conference, please send us a mail at email@example.com so we can make sure everything is set up correctly for your conference. In future versions of this service, we plan to enable functionality so you, the conference organizer, can add the details yourself.
No, you don’t have to! We connect you with people with the goal you will hit it off and be happy to share to save. If you don’t feel comfortable with the person you contacted, you absolutely don’t have to share with that person.
It is between you and your share partner to decide which hotel works for both of you, who makes the booking, and who pays for it. We are not privy to your conversations and do not get in the middle of your transactions.
ConferenceShare is free to use for conference attendees. We do, however, charge conference organizers. If you are a conference organizer, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for pricing information.
Because we have no way of knowing if you found a share partner through ConferenceShare, your name will not be removed automatically from the search results. However, you can remove your name by deactivating your account - the deactivation option exists on the Profile page. If you'd like us to delete your account, please email us at email@example.com.
